BTEC: Horniman Project

We did a lot of work in my BTEC for Art & Design with the Horniman Museum as a brief.

Here I worked on shirt design using primary sources from the museum to create a pattern. This was later printed on transfer paper and applied to a shirt. I created it in Illustrator with 300DPI for printing, using vectors and made many colour tests.
This is the final version, it is flipped so when transferred to the shirt it will be the correct way, as there is text.

This was a poster for an advertisement brief where I used primary sources to source the owl and the same sources to create repeating patterns. I inked it by hand and produced it on A1 as a poster.
